Updated: July 19, 2015

The Concacaf Gold Cup now reaches the knockout stages.

Which means there are only eight matches remaining until we found out which country will lift the trophy on Sunday July 26 in the USA.

Dan Middleton is top of the Prediction League table after receiving five points from the third round of the group stages.

But there is still a chance for any of the four predictors to win the grand prize.
